Use milk cream before going to bed
wash ur face with any good soap and after that apply milk cream under eye it will help

Preparation H can help reduce the appearance because it tightens skin. Use it at night but use it sparingly so you don't get it in your eyes. Some people have skin that's more prone to wrinkles and you can't do a lot about that. Look at your family members and how their skin aged.
