If you're confident in yourself, you don't get jealous about other women's anything! We're all different and we all have great qualities and some not so great traits about ourselves. It would be better to admire someone for their good qualities and know your own too, than to be jealous! Jealously is just a sign of low self esteem, and you'd spend better energy working on that, than you would being jealous of someone else. Who knows - perhaps you wouldn't want to walk in their shoes if you really knew them!

That is an individual question that only the individual can answer. Not all women are the same. not all men are the same. We are Humans, that is where the individuality takes effect.
Some women are jealous of others because they are not happy with or within themselves, that is there doing and there error. Some men are the same way, same problem. it is an ugly part of humanity.

This is part of the 'human condition' in general - not a character flaw attributable to one sex only. When you grow up you will grow out of it (I hope). You will become more mature - and tire more easily too. In short, you will no longer have the energy to expend on such foolishness. Feeling perpetually jealous of others is emotionally draining, a huge timewaster and suggests that you probably have WAY too much free time on your hands. Grown-ups who feel secure in their own skin don't suffer from this mental 'condition'.

EDIT: “Konswayla”:

1. Uhhh...can’t comment on ‘ragtop”: don't know what 'ragtop' is. Don’t really care either: my life has been ok without ‘ragtop’ and I feel pretty confident that I can continue to 'soldier on' without said ‘ragtop’.

2. “woman with grandkids”: that same woman is looking at you thinking ‘gee, it must be nice to be able to come and go as you please - and not suffer from arthritis, hip problems, chronic lower back pain and declining eyesight... I CAN’T come and go as I please. I thought I could look forward to enjoying my ‘golden years’ learning the finer points of acrylic landscape painting and spending my winters in Florida but OH NO. I am my son’s/daughter’s free babysitting service instead. I am too old for this baloney, ‘been there, done that’ - or so I thought. What fun: I get to chase 3 year olds around the house praying to God they don’t stick their fingers in a light socket or drink the Draino. Some ‘golden years’ these turned out to be…!”

I could go on but I hope you can understand what I tried to convey: the grass isn’t NECESSARILY greener on the other side. As you get older his 'factoid' will really hit home.

depends on the woman.. as you can see you've gotten several answers.. all different. Some envy others bodies, breasts, looks, relationships, and on and on and on. Personally, I'm not jealous of anything any other woman has. The grass is always greener on the other side, until you move there, then it's greener back where you came from !!!

I'm jealous of my friend because she is always so calm, controlled and unflappable in a crisis, while I tend to get hysterical if the slightest thing goes wrong.

I can't think of any other woman I really envy. I mean, one of my friends is super-rich, and that would be lovely, but the way she had to get that money is so depressing and life-destroying that I can't really get jealous of her.

Not that I go around looking for people to be jealous of, but I'm honest enough to admit I feel a pang of jealousy when I see -
- a woman in a great ragtop on a pretty day.
- a woman with her grandkids
- a woman who travels to exotic places alone
- a woman who has cuddly loving pets (I'm allergic)
