oh that is a tough one. Slip it in the conversation. If he/she doesn't take the hint, you have to break it off clean. Close you blinds so they can't see in. Change your routine so it is harder for them to track you. Then when you stop having the feeling you are being watched, you are able to see other stalkers.

I just told mine and she went ape s#!t for a little while. Took her a day or two to find her some other guy..... he got her pregnant. Don't think her husband cared.
I never touched her...crazy woman.
