No, he's a retard. First of all, he should get a job and buy his own Trix instead of trying to sponge off little kids. I mean, what? His Trix endorsement deal doesn't pay enough? Please!
Second, if he's going to insist on stealing cereal from small children, get it right for christsake! How many times has be botched that heist? He's totally inept!
