Two ways mention it in other folder or block the e-mail ID /web from which you did'nt want the mail.

The way you asked the question is impossible. Unfortunately your email has made it onto some company distribution list. Or they are just trying to see if you reply.

One way I have found that eliminates people trying my address and verifying it is actually functional is to TURN OFF the READ and RECEIVED receipts. This way the sender does not get confirmation emails from you and your computer.

You can always click on an email and add then add it to your JUNK LIST. There is also numerous software products that you can purchase to help reduce the amount of junk mail you get.

Dude u can do two things:

1. Divert it to ur spam folder.

2. U can place the unwanted mail ids in ur blocked users list.

Use the IMAP protocol to manage your retrieval of incoming mails. POP protocol, when used, download EVERY mails into your PC regardless you want it or not. IMAP only seek to retrieve the full content of your mail only when you want it into your PC.

Thunderbird, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Pegasus, Opera Mail all support IMAP protocol.

Put them in your spam folder (outlook) and they will go there from then on.. If you are using yahoo or hotmail, you will have to list them in a special folder and they will not come to your inbox any longer.
