Place I work for still has live humans answering the phones, probably won't stay on hold too long unless the lines are queueing too badly, or if your question doesn't have a readily available answer.

And when cashiers actually knew how to give back change without using a cash register to do their math for them, and also counted your change back to you. God forbid, you try to give them some extra change, after the register has told them what to give you back.
