Quite possibly nothing at all.

People fluctuate in their emotions. Yours may fluctuate more than others', but that doesn't necessarily mean you're Bipolar or something. Most people dislike loneliness and feel chaotic or panicky when they are really alone.

On the other hand, you may be exhibiting some depressive symptoms. If you feel apathetic, lethargic, irritable, having appetite problems, sleep problems, thoughts of death or suicide... things like that, you may be struggling with some depression. Depending on how rough it's really going for you, you might benefit from at least a mental health evaluation.

Welcome to life! I think your reactions are perfectly normal to the every day stresses of life. If there were no black, there would be no white. If you were never sad, you'd never be happy. If you didn't feel chaotic, you might never know peaceful. These are all of the emotions that most of us go through.

Learn how to ride through your emotions and try to understand why you're feeling them. It's not that you can stop the negative ones, but if you understand them, at least a little, you'll be less likely to allow them to bring you too low. For instance - if you're tired from a long day, or stressed about an upcoming exam or anything like that, you may feel low. If you know you might be snappy to others or just hard on yourself for feeling that way, read a book or get some sleep, but don't dwell on the fact that you feel crappy or it will just make you feel worse.

Tomorrow is another day!

Sounds like you have to much idle time on your hands and not enough physical activity. Pent up energy with no way of releasing it. Maybe you could get involved in some type of sports or volunteer work, clubs or organizations that keep your mind and body to active to dwell on the negative things.
