I don't know where to even start. I just got fired this last week as apartment manager in my building. What are my rights? What are the owners rights?

Since you were an employee, the fact it was an apartment complex is irrelevant.

This falls under Employment Law... do a search on that and you can find a list of them in your area.

You were probably hired on an "at will" basis, which means that at any time, for any reason you can quit without being obligated to remain at work, and that your employer can fire you without being obligated to justify it.

Find an attorney and get another job
