Cos mum says you cant otherwise it will get infected or somthing...maybe she just doesnt want me to get them pierced :P

You can absolutely get your ears wet after getting them pierced. The only rule is don't take your earrings out for at least 4 to 6 weeks after getting them done. As for infection as long as you keep the area clean they shouldn't get infected.

You can shower and all.
it's no biggy!
Just be sure to swap the earlops with alcohol 2 x's a day.
Keep them clean after they are pierced, and keep the original earrings in for 4-6 weeks and give them a turn like winding an old watch (lol) they will explain how to care for you new lopes!

wait a week before you let them get wet after a piercing. use a shower cap and cover up your ears in the shower. wash your hair really good before u get your ears done. trust ur mom. PLUS it will hurt like heck for a week and u won't feel like letting anything touch them anyways. it goes away and is worth it. listen to ur mom she is right hun.

I think she doesnt wnat u getin them pierced u just gotta keep them clean, take extra care the 1st 6 weeks
