Does anyone know what time on Fridays they allow the cadets for NJDOC to leave ?

Also... do they need to be back Sunday night to resume the training for NJDOC or is it Monday mornings? Ok also can they use cell phones, when not in training of course, and is there a specific time they have to be in bed at night? Thanks in advance for any answers. And... the Sea Girt Acadamy , well how strict are they in general?
