Original photo of Henry Ford II and Frank Sinatra at Stork Club?

I have an original photo of Henry Ford II and Frank Sinatra dining at the Stork Club in New York with documentation. There is another man in the photo, but only his right arm is shown and he is in a military uniform, don't know who it is. Is this of any value or should I just frame it and enjoy it? Documents do not include date but it is from the Publicity Department of Stork Club. Sherman Billingsley's Stork Club.

Is the person in the picture Sherman Billingsley by any chance?

If you want to get an idea of value, get a hold of some Sinatra fans and see what they would pay for it.
