The best revenge is LIVING WELL!!

2007-02-23 18:14:32 · answer #1 · answered by Lilly 5 · 1 0

Good grief--- get a life ----revenge of any form is a waste of time --your time ----take up lots of hobbies do a lot more reading don't waste your time planning when there are so many more important and fun things to do---like taking the dogs for a walk exercise for you and them. It certainly sounds like they need a good work out but on second thoughts you better not take the female dog until she is spayed and over her time otherwise too many other dogs will join you then you can plan revenge for the dog. It can get awfully silly so do the better thing and let it go...be strong and good luck

Well, getting revenge may feel great to you but what is it really worth. Are you truly any better for it anyway? Yes the bible sais Vengence is mine saith the Lord. I agree. I also want to just be plain here and not merly religeous. Does seeking the revenge make you a better person or point you in a direction in life that lines you up for true success? Only you can answer this one.

No, revenge is never a good thing, because it doesn't accomplish anything and just takes away the position from which you can hold the person responsible for their actions.

If you need to deal with the person, the best thing to do is to sit them down and tell them calmly and clearly why you are unhappy with them. Even if it makes no difference to them (and that's often the case), it allows you to get rid of it where it belongs. Then walk away and leave it behind.

Revenge will always eat at your soul whether you are planning something or you are responsible for the act of revenge itself. For whatever reason you are now seeking revenge, let it go. God above is watching and He knows what has happened and what can and will happen. Let yourself give the desire to seek revenge on someone go before it's too late.

Revenge is a natural human tendency. That's the id part of human behavior. Remember, you still have your ego and super ego, which make you different from the rest of species. Human is rational. We can think what is good and right. Reflect first before doing it. Drink a lot of water before analyzing things out. Think of the consequences of what you're gonna do. Mistake is not a solution to the mistake done.

Getting revenge is great, but you have to do it right. Here is how, it works every time. What is the worst that way to feel about someone? Mad or Indifferent. The answer is indifferent.
If you are indifferent it means that you don't even care enough about them to hate them or be mad at them. It means that they mean so little to your life and you think so little of them that you don't even care enough to think about them at all. If you are mad at them, it means that you care enough about their opinion or actions to consider them. If you act indifferent, you can watch them try to find a way to push a button just to get a reaction out of you. Don't even acknowledge them or react in any way just act like they aren't really there and smile knowing you just frustrated the heck out of them.
So to get revenge, ignore them and be happy. Kill them with kindness, be the nicest person in the world to everyone. Your enemies can't fight that, there is no defense for it.
It's an evil, evil plan.

It may seem like its the right thing but why lower yourself
to their level, not to mention what goes around comes around,
so find comfort in knowing they will get theirs sooner or later, but you will not....so no its not a good thing to seek revenge, no one wins...no one is above the other...don't become what you dislike about that person.

sometimes revenge is foolishness. but u can't bear the insult. it's a symbol of weakness. it's upto u. but remember one thing - what u do , someday it will come back to u. it's a rule of nature. so let the nature take the revenge. u move on forward
