employement as Medical Officer & Will be given Package of $5000 US dollars,but i have been asked to Pay $310 US dollars as Visa fee.Please let me knowabout the credibility of the organisation

Don't get trapped and pay any money. Ask them to adjust the amount, at the most, from your first salary. If you get a call to join them, make thorough enquiries about the Company from independent sources before making a move to join them.
Meantime, search for the company on the Internet and get to know maximum about them, if having inkling to explore the matter further.

As for as I am aware no Co. demands any Visa fee for employment. They use to get visa ready themselves and they use to pay all the expenses incurred on that. I doubt about this Firm if they are demanding anything as Visa fee etc. Beware...
