Go to babycenter.com and sign up for their "program" you can input your latest period dates and then assign you a calendar. And you can check it each month and it will tell you when you start ovulating and your best ovulation day.
They will also send you and you can look at the site about the best things to eat and do to get pregnant.
Start taking prenatal vitamins.

It is recommended to try two or three times a week when trying to conceive.

It helps to know when you ovulate ( i hope i spelt that right ) but if your not sure take your temp like if your temp is 97.2 and then the next day 97.1 or 97.3 you get the point and then when you notice your temp has rised a bit like 97.8 thats when you have released an egg. You can have sex 3 days before you ovulate cause sperm last 48 hours after intercourse.

To help increase the chances of conciveing get your partner stop smoking if he does. Smoking reduces the number of sperm in males and makes conceving more difficult.

High leas levels, as well as some organic solvents ( such as are found in paints , glues, varnishes and metal degreasers ) , pesticides, or other chemicals can interfere with a males fertility , so its important to advoid these or limit your exposure as much as possible in preparation for conception.

1. Relax
2. Don't have sex everyday. The sperm gets watery if you do it occassionally. Check the girl's fluid too if she's fertile.
3. Feel the pressure and not the pressure
4. Great if you do it on night time
5. Boy on top position
6. After the act, don't keep moving or stand up
7. Just put a pillow over your butt area or ask your partner to lift your legs up for a few minutes- this lets the sperm go IN
It worked well for me. Good Luck!

Hi - maybe have sex every other day to every 3 days throughout your cycle - this allows your partners lil' swimmers to re-coup! - and lie in bed with a pillow or two under your bum therefore helping them get to the right place super fast!

for you to get pregnant the sperm need to be waiting near the overy when you ovulate - release an egg - the sperm can live for 3 to 5 days, your body has a special mechanisim for "holding" onto them in your follopian tube. the egg however, can only survive a few hours before it starts to breakdown.

if you have been using chemical birth control this can have a massive impact on how your body is working and if you are releasing eggs or not - it may be worth having fertility tests if you've been trying for a while then you can get some medical help.

good luck with starting your family, i hope its sooner rather than later...!!

xx

Try switching to sex every other day to allow the sperm time to build back up.

The book "Taking Charge of your Fertility" is a very good resource for those trying to get pregnant.

the best advice i can give you is to stop trying to get pregnant. Just enjoy it and i promise you...you will get pregnant. I am pregnant now because I quit concentrating on the fact I wanted to be and just having fun. Stress will also cause you not to get pregnant. Stop stressing! GOOD LUCK!!

of course don't take no birth control and then you don't want the guy to wear any condoms. you can always buy fertility tests that way you can see how fertile you are on certain weeks or you can go to the doctor and tell him that youa re trying to conceive and want to know if there is anything specific you need to do.
