I will never use liquid foundation again, I love Bare Essentuals!

I tried Bare Minerals at a Bare Escentuals store a year ago at my local mall, and I fell in love. All of my girlfriends use it. My fiance said I didn't look like I had make-up on when I first used it. I just use the foundation. I use the warmth as blush and never use the mineral veil. My employer swears by the mineral veil though. It's personal preference.

One .3oz container lasted me a whole year. Overall, the liquid costs more in the long run. It also has natural SPF15! One day I didn't have my make-up bag on me, so I used some of my mom's liquid foundation, and I hated it. I can't believe I used liquid for so many years! I went and immediately washed my face and went make-up free instead. It's so easy to use...I once applied the foundation without a mirror!

Check to see if there are any Bare Essentual stores...they do complimentary make-up. They have eye shadows, concealers, blush, and eye liners, etc. Great return policy.

Try it! You'll never go back!

P.S. Start with the infomercial package deal. It has all the brushes, colors, mineral veil, etc. It's way cheaper than buying their products individually. Later, re-order your favorites from their catalog or buy them in the store.

I have not used bare escentuals, but I did try loreal's version of the product: Naturale -- and I have to say it is the most amazing foundation I have ever used. I have oily skin, and the powder substance of the foundation helps to absorb that oil. The makeup lasts all day, and lets the skin breath, and covers up any flaws in the face. It is fabulous stuff. If you dont want to shell out all the cash for bare escentuals, I highly suggest you give Loreal's product a try.

I love it ....i have the most sensitive skin in the world , and it never casues me a problem . b sure to moisturize and let it absorb before putting the foundation on. It acts a a primer and makes it look even more natural .

they also have an amazing blush called " Golden Gate" that has both apricot and pink undertones so it goes with just about ANY lipstick or gloss you have ...and looks completely different depending on your lip color! It looks teracotta-ish in the pot , but it goes on sheer and gorgeous. It's the only blush I own at the moment and I have lip color ranging from deep red to corals and pinks . All look awesome . Even my nudes look great.

Dont let them cooerce you into the concealer unless you really need one. The kabuki brush is also better than the everyday brush, you don't need both. you can use the kabuki for both really sheer or more coverage by layering...and the bristles are really soft , not irritating.
check the bare escentuals website for a store locator and see if oe is near you ....go in and thy will give you a free makeover so you can see and feel for yourself :-) It fels soooooooooooo light . It's like nothing on your skin. It took me a day to get used to it after having used liquid for so long . Now I'll never go back!

Good luck!
~Ej

also...the nuetrogena and loreal knockoffs arent even in the same LEAGUE. The original Bare Minerals is worth the price .

i like bare Minerals. It would not clog your pores, you administration the coverage and it has a SPF15. for the reason which you're thinking approximately it, stop in to Sephora or once you're close to a bare Escentuals boutique there as nicely and attempt it. i be attentive to the two carry the starter kit which runs $60-$seventy 5. It has 2 beginning colorations, heat temperature, mineral veil, 3 brushes and an educational DVD. For me it works rather nicely, it covers the broken capillaries and darkish circles below my eyes. I even have oily epidermis. i like the actuality that i'm able to positioned on it year around and that i've got not got themes with it melting off my face or clogging my pores. bear in mind that much less is greater with the beginning and buff it into your epidermis nicely. supply it a attempt, i be attentive to Sephora has a good return coverage so which you haven't any longer something to lose. good success and have exciting!!

Its wonderful!

I started off buying their eyeshadows when I was about 17. They seem expensive but they last so long that they end up being a lot cheaper than regular eyeshadows you buy at your local drugstore.

Last month I got the starter kit that they advertise on TV (but I got mine for $60 @ Ulta instead of paying for S&H and waiting for it to arrive) and I must say I am a fan. I'm a natural redhead and extremely fair skin almost always goes hand in hand with that, so I have trouble finding products that both match my skintone and don't irritate my sensitive skin. This is the best product I've ever tried.

Give it a go.

I just got some a few days ago actually. It's ok, I haven't really gotten the hang of it to really get it going good yet. It looks nice even for the first time, though.

yes, i'm not much of a fan. i can never make it look like the professionals and i don't like messing with 3 powders to even out my complexion. i'm lazy. i prefer mac. goes on in 20 seconds.
