Tonage come from an aerobic base. Get a good run, swim, or jumprope session in before you do the rest of your routine. Follow that with a huge protein dose (such as eggs, or fresh pink fish) and then rest. If you continue to be physically active afterwords, you will just burn the protein that should be going to your muscles. Also, have some fiber. That'll help the stuff that is leaving, well, leave.

Stop working your arms everyday. Clarifying the previous answer, toning does come from aerobic exercise, but only to the amount of muscle that is there. Arm muscles need rest (24-48 hours) between workouts to recover from workloads. This rest will allow the muscle fibers to heal and grow. If you continue with your routine aerobic exercises, decrease the frequency, and increase the intensity of your arm workouts they will get a bit bigger and appear more toned. You can also cycle. Complete 6-8 weeks of very heavy, low rep workouts. Then 2-4 weeks of increased aerobic, higher rep workouts to regain a more toned appearance. Any questions, please let me know.
