This project has mapped out then genes of humans and soon, then function of those genes [interrelation of genes to control a phenotype is very complex, and it is till not fully deciphered] will be determined. This action can help us to identify the possible flaws in our body at the genetic level. By doing so, we can have medicines and and food tailored to ourselves, based on our genetic information. Diseases can be cured far more easily as we know which genes are responsible for the annihilation or recognition of the pathogens [jz an example]. Cancer will no longer be invincible and AIDS and mutations can be averted or even have ourselves innoculated [immunised] against them.

A multitude...to understand the human genome means that people can map out all the genes for every trait that a person has. The most important aspect is being able to test for and treat genetic diseases.
