Do use your money on expensive creams- don't but from department stores, the products are not that good and the mark ups are too high. Go to a Beauty Salon and buy professional only products. My mums 2 sisters use Hemorroid Cream under their eyes, I am a Beauty Therapist so I have got my mum using good quality eye and face care and she looks years younger than what she is, and a lot younger than her 2 sisters.

It is all good and well for people to say use cheap creams, etc but in 20 years time when you have wrinkles you will regret it.

Start yourself now (you are at the perfect age) on a good skin care regime.
PAYOT and SOTHYS have fantastic lines and the products last for such a long time that the cost evens itself out (Cheap creams expire very fast).

I hope this helps you out.

** I am 21 and I am using a great skin care line from New Zealand.

and look for Manuka Honey products- they are well priced and I am seeing fantastic results from using it.

Please do not use this harsh product on such a delicate area of your face.

Buy a good eye cream and treat the area with TLC.

I have always had bags under my eyes and there are no miracles trust me.

Dermalogica do a great eye cream which you can use morning and night.

Wear sunglasses to avoid sun damage and us a high SPF your skin will thank you for it.

I use YSL Touche Eclat to cover dark areas and fine lines around the eye area. This coupled with a good eye cream and you will do fine.

Good luck

Hemorrhoid cream is suppose to work but I haven't tried it.

I like to use Oil of Olay products. I have just started getting bags under my eyes in my early 50's. Oil of Olay products are the only thing I would use.

What I am afraid of when it comes to things like hemorrhoid cream is a possible allergic reaction. At least products made for the eyes have some writing on them that tells you whether the product is hypo allergenic or not.

There is no miracle cream that will work on wrinkles. Those wrinkles under your eyes will only go away with a laser treatment. If you're talking about crow's feet (on the sides of your eyes) then try botox....don't waste your money on expensive creams..

Sweety don't use anything, every cream works different on every skin types. I would recommend either ask a dermatologist or ask one of the employees at department stores at the skin/cream isle. Good luck !

i heard it was too. i think i saw it on sally or donahue back in the day, when they had beauty pageant contestants giving their secrets... it's been mentioned a number of times on television, and even Bobby Brown is a fan (Whitney's soon to be ex-husband).

I'd test it out on your arm first and be careful with it. In case of an allergic reaction.

I heard it was true and tried it but no results. I heard beauty contestants use it. Avon Anew is the best I have tried.
