Generally by "co-operating" with the pigs--which means snitching and participating in the agents' and prosecutors' witness-tampering/perjury conspiracies.

``God bless America?'' What the phuque? Does anybody ACTUALLY believe the Almighty would bless an evil and UNHOLY union of quasi-totalitarian POLICE STATES?

There may be very little you can do for this charge. Federal sentencing guidelines are very strict. Have a lawyer try to help him plea to a lesser crime. The current crime looks like felony possession with intent to sell. If he has been convicted already, there might be nothing you can do at this point.

You really need to ask Michigan criminal defense attorneys with good track records. Talk to at least two. Pay for a half hour of their advice if you must. It will be worth its weight in gold.

Distributing crack/cocaine is VERY EXTREME...as you would put it. Punishment fits the crime. I would suggest rehab in 15 years.
