I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Don't know for sure but I really dont think you can. Why don't you get medical advice or at least talk to you parents and if it really is a problem then they can help you. Please don't just take pills, especaially at you age. You are still growing and going thru changes anyway. the gaining weight is normal. Taking those pills will mess with the chemicals in you body and might hurt you more than they help.

You most likely have to be 18. Talk to your family doctor about a healthy weight loss plan. Those pills are not a good solution.

You don't need that garbage. If your overweight, it's normal around your age, especially if your a girl. Your developing, probably going to start you cycle. If you want to lose weight, look at your portions, the palm of your hand should be the size of your protein (meat), the top of your hand (excluding your fingers), should be your carbs, and eat steamed veges (until you feel full or almost full). Drink close to a gallon of water a day, and not all at once. That stuff you want is only poison. I know that you are young, but trust me, your way is not the right way. Good luck, young one!!!

You might be able to but you shouldn't without the
advice of a doctor. You are at an age of development
and you don't need anything that might mess that up.
Get medical advice first.
