Why not? We are out there in the universe and we are life. Its fair to say though, if there is other life out there, we may not find out about it for a very long time since some planets could be millions of light years away.

Well, astronomers tell us that the number of planets in the universe is infinite, therefore the number of planets able to support life is also infinite. The major factor is TIME. Suns and planets are created, live, and are destroyed all the time. A super race may develop and expire before we ever meet them. Humans have only been around 50,000-70,000 years, which is NOTHING compared to the age of our solar system to say nothing of the rest of the universe.
So....Are there other "people" out there??? YES
Will we meet them? Probably not.
The time difference will probably keep us apart until we learn to overcome it and actually travel through time.

If you mean extraterrestial life, we haven't found any. We've been listening for radio waves etc. from space and have had no luck whatsoever.
As a Christian, I believe that there is a spiritual realm -- angels and less heavenly forces, but that's probably not what you're asking.
Given the size of the Milky Way alone, it seems quite possible that there is life elsewhere. We just haven't found any evidence of it yet.

Yes. The universe is enormous. I think it's ridiculous to assume we are the only intelligent life that exists in the universe.

Well the universe is astronimically and mind bogglingly large, so the chances of not finding life out there is minimal.

Yup. There are dragons living on Pluto and Venus. They had to move there during the 1600's because humans were hunting them down.
