I was born in Africa so your Nigerian friend should know it all anyway. If he came from a three storey house, that does not mean anything to me. He could have been renting, sharing or just part of a large chaotic set-up in one building! Other than that, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa and most of Africa are stuggling with AIDS now but then again, so is the rest of the world!

You didn't really clarify what you needed a place for, but, sadly, pretty much any place in Africa is sufficient for significant AIDS-related problems in the population.
For instance, let's say South Africa, just to be sporting. South Africa has a high rate of HIV infection.
