Which scene or part from Resident Evil 2 (the game) creeped you out the most? seriously?

It's a fact that Resident Evil 2 is the scariest game of the whole series. The Remake of Resident Evil is probably the 2nd best, but RE2 deserves more credit for being the one that made the whole world think twice about playing with the lights off. Some may say Silent Hill is the eeriest game ever but RE2 came out 1st.

There are plenty of scary moments, but I personally find the scene where the licker appears at the police department. The licker jumps out of the window from the other side of the interrogation room when Claire or Leon pick up 1 of the required objects to complete the puzzle. What about you?

There was so much scary moments in that game. I remember even being creeped out by the cover of the game in the night that I'd flip it and lock it away til the next morning lol.

I'd agree with you though, that scene in the police department was probably one of the worst one.

I remember when it first came out, a group of about 4 of us were playing it. I was playing as Leon and I remember running through that corridor in the police station, the one that has the windows boarded up. I think its the second time that you go through there, that the zombie hands would bust through the boards and grab you if you were too close. We were playing at night and I remember when that happened every single one of us let out a little scream. I always thought that part was cool.

Right after the gun shop owner gets eaten and you see the Licker run past the window.

The scene when you get into Chief Irons' office and you see the mayor's daughter lying dead on the chiefs desk and the chief is just sitting there. At that point, you realize the chief is insane. Disturbing.
