I am intending to set up a online stall selling clothes. My partner and I have decided to go to Aust to buy some goods back. However, I am wondering if it is against the law if I were to sell them in my country.

The clothings are Australian brand. So I do not know if it is illegal if I take them back to sell.

P.S. The brands are only sold locally, not to the other parts of the world. I'm from Singapore.

I don't know the laws in your country but it sounds like illegal importing of goods to me.

You should find a job that does not involve taking risks.

Selling clothes made overseas are only illegal if gst has not been paid.

You might get hassled by the local exclusive distributor for parallel imports but that is completely legal.
