Debi: yes, that's correct. The term comes from The Flinstones. It's one of the true beauties of the theory - that old Hannah Barbera cartoons can be used in science classrooms.

Forget about Young Earth creationism. The date for the appearance of primates was just pushed back 10 million years. If that trend continues, one day there will be a Flintstonian Institution.
