In my trash on my computer alone, How can I only delete some but not all of my trash permanently..?

in your trash file box by opening up your trash box picking what ones you want to trash and then you can pick what ones you want to restore as well

When you say "trash" I presume you mean the Recycle Bin! However, when you remove stuff from there, it's not really gone but hidden away in your computer.
If you really want to make sure ALL the rubbish is cleared out so that no-one can see your tracks, go to http://www.mbusbyuk/basic_computer_maintenance.html and look for a program down the left hand side called CleanUp. Click on the link to go to the download page. This program will completely delete all the trash your computer surfing leaves behind, and it will speed up your computer too.

If you are peaking of the RECYCLE BIN, you can double click on it to open it, then click on the files you previously deleted and then click on it and delete it. You can press and hold the CTRL key the click on several items. all the items you click on will be highlighted and you can then press the delete key. All the highlighted items will be permanently deleted.

open your trash contain and pick which ones you want to trash, and which you want to restore. It's easy to do.

downloads.com get-- spybot search and destroy& ccleaner - both free. they will organize and let you know what is deleteable.
