Use a computer :-) Most word processors have a spell checker built in. So does Firefox 2.0 and some Web applications, such as, indeed, Yahoo! Answers.

If you need to check more than spelling, I heard MS Word can help you with phrase structure and so on (while OpenOffice will only notice duplicate words).

I always read over what I've written, make some corrections, and then submit it. However, if I were you (being in school and all), just have someone else take a look at it and trust me, they will find something that you missed.
