Yeah I pretty much feel the same way, there is way too much sex etc on tv now and I get tired of it. You cant watch one show without seeing some kind of naked chick. If I wanna see all that I'll look in the mirror, lol.
Now all I usually watch is TV Land or Nick at Nite when I get home late from work while I'm winding down.

Yeah TV sucks these days. I miss all the cool shows like Full House, Who's the Boss, The Cosby Show, Family Matters, Step-by-Step TGIF Remember....it WAS cool a long time ago!

No you are not. I have often considered getting rid of my TV, but then I think, "well maybe something good will come on and I won't be able to watch it..." I don't know - I think maybe when we have to go HDTV I might reconsider. Especially since you can watch anything that people might be talking about on YouTube, etc.

Agree. I spend most of my time online watching celeb. drama. It's rare when I am sitting watching TV. People in my house will be all like, "Jason, what the - - You're watching TV?"

Yes my dear, YOU are the only one on this vast planet to think so!!! Kidding of course....yes much of it is excruciatingly boring, I prefer the comedy chanel on cable most of the time, or if i really get bored I wind up on here! This really is my last question, Goodnight sweet lady!

No you're not the only one that thinks like that. That is why I threw my TV away 10 years ago!

Maybe you will lose tv and find your life.
I keep telling my family that there is so much more out there in life than television and video games.

You certainly are not the only one. I can only stand it for a few minutes at a time. However, when my kid was little, I grew fond of Barney the purple dinosaur.
