rapists, murderers, theives etc. how should they be treated?

well for one i have been kid napped and they dont get put on ttrial easy it takes along time and if they dont the dam DA makes you look like a fuking slut when it toldaly wasnt your fault so basicly they need to be a little stricteron the criminal and not the victum...the DA chases the most victums from the testamony most of the time so they dont have to work and get off there lazy asses....lol
