my ASUS CB-5216A can't play any DVD after a month of using it. but i can still play or burn some CDs. so find a way to be able play DVDs on it and i found some drivers for ASUS CB-5216A at driverstock.com.
after i finished to dowload 3 files from that site which is asus100, asus105 and HHCombo_v106 .
on the process of installation of HHCombo_v106 my computer stop from responding! and i restarted my pc it to continue the installation but after i restart it, the CD rom doesn't detected anymore!
plsss help me!

Let's try this -
Right Click on "MY COMPUTER" Icon on the desktop, properties, Hardware, Device Manager... Now find the Combo Drive Icon in the list, and delete it, YES delete it from there. Now close all and reboot the PC, it will auto install it upon reboot. if the problem still exist, go here and register for free account, and search the database by combo drive name, and download the good drivers for it, sounds like you may have gotten bad drivers on the original download from Driverstock... I use this link everyday and highly recommend it to anyone.. Good Luck Friend
