What are good party games for an 11 year old boy's party? There will be boys and girls from 4-11?

We planned on Capture the Flag and it's supposed to rain tomorrow!

if it isnt raining that hard let them play in it .... they will love it and it may make the game a bit more interesting
my kids loooooooove to play in the rain
