If you have kids, show them that you love them, and start a relationship with them. Don't go looking for someone you hope will love you and want to spend time with you when you have kids who REALLY DO love you and want to be with you as much as possible. There are too many women who are just looking for a free ride in life. A place to live and free food in exchange for a couple years of having sex acting like they love you. While kids just want to be with thier Dad.

Yes as long as you are legally seperated and are ready to jump into another relationship. But my question is, are you ready to date in the middle of a seperation? May not be such a smart move.

yes. your ex cannot bring up anything against you in court if you are legally separated when you start a new relationship. she might give you hell out of court though, especially if you have kids, but legally it's ok to date as long as the two of you are legally seperated.

No. One thing at a time! Don't start a new relationship without finishing the old one first and taking time to take care of your emotional self. Do you like constant problems?

It depends are you just starting a new relationship because you don't want to be alone or if you have feelings for somebody go for it. If not stand down.

Yes, I think there is nothing wrong with that...it happened to me..I know I didn't plan on it...it just happened. My bf did not move in though until after the divorce.
