Lately I've been having this weird recurring dream. I dream that I'm in my bed and I can't sleep and then suddenly all of these spiders (which I HATE) start coming down on me and crawling through my covers and I can feel them on my skin. I panic and try to get up but I can't get out of bed so I frantically search my covers, but I can't find any of them...just feel them crawling all over my skin. What does it mean?

To me it sounds like the dream is about control. These disgusting spiders are crawling all over you and you can't do anything to stop it. It might have to do with frustration in your life about not having control over some aspects. No one has full control but it might help to take initiative to take control over what you can and try your best to let go of any obsessions about the rest.

I'm not sure. Are you facing an unpleasant task of some kind? Is there any reason you can think of which would cause such dreams? Write down anything which you associate with spiders. That might help you figure you dream out.

I'm not a psychologist, but it sounds to me as if you are stressed out about something in your life that you feel out of control of. If it makes you feel any better, Its an old-wives's tale or belief that if you remember a dream it won't come true

You are probably stressed. If you are stressed, then try to deal with whatever the problem is and the nightmares should go away.
