If you are trying to conceive I would say have sex every other day. If you only have sex twice a week then you could be missing the ovulation period.

Anyone who says anything about you having trouble is full of balogna....
I was with my husband for 1 1/2 before we got married, and had unprotected, pretty much trying, without saying it, sex the whole time. We would do it up to 11 times per day.... and it was every day, without fail. I never got pregnant, from June 03-October 04, didnt get pregnant... Got married November 04, and in December 04 I got pregnant FINALLY, with twins :)... Had them in September 05... and got pregant again in December 05! I had Joshua in October 06, and here I am, nursing, and hoping NOT to get pregnant again for a little while so I can get my body back!
You get pregnant when your body is ready. They say a year is the amount of time it takes before considering any input from a doctor. Wait another month or so, see what happens. It took me a year and a half, and then I now get pregnant so easily im scared lol. Good luck!

Are you charting your ovulation? Do you take your basal body temperature? 90% of couples conceive in the first year, you could be in that 10% of unlucky people. Have you been to the doctor, both you and your husband need to be checked out. Make sure he has motile sperm and your reproductive organs are all working the way they should. I went after about a year and discovered I have PCOS and now I have to take medicine to try to make things right. My husband was ok though so we have a good chance once the medicine starts working.

You shouldn't be worried. You may just be one of those people who has to have sex when they are ovulating to get pregnant, as opposed to those who can get pregnant anytime even on their periods. Go to WebMD if you're curious and enter in the last day of your period and the length of your menstrual cycle and it'll tell you the days you are most fertile. When you are trying to get pregnant, DON'T have sex every day...twice a day...11 times a day blah blah blah. Have your husband save it up for a good week before your most fertile day and do it then (before bed so it can stay in you overnight). Otherwise his sperm count will be low and it will lower your chances. Good luck. :)

i would say yes. I recommend that you go to the doctor to get checked (both you and your partner) because you never know what may be the problem. There are cases when it has to do with an STD and the person may not even know, such as syphilis which may have unperceivable or "invisible" symptoms. Whatever the situation, you must go get checked.
