It's just an old wives tale that people shouldn't be in water immediately after meals, the theory being that the body is so "exhausted" from the work of digesting foods that dangerous cramps could occur, and drownings to follow. A healthy person eating a healthy portion of food can jump right into the pool or the bath with no ill effects, because in both cases, the internal body temperature will barely change, and the physical work involved isn't necessarily any more strenuous than walking---an activity many people do immediately after eating. Don't forget that farmers routinely used to work pretty hard immediately after breakfast or lunch.

Well, energy being used to digest the food has to be converted into heat to regulate the body temperature while bathing.

a bath after meal is not good because ur body is digesting and the extra warmth causes extra work for your body, as it tries to regulate your body temp back to normal -- stealing energy cycles from digestion.
