I call it car time. My friends and I get in the car. Get the music we like best, open all the window and drive like maniacs in the parking lot or on the way to college. We act like total losers but it’s great. We scream at the top of our lungs and stick out arms out the window and dance. For a short while we are lost in transition. Neither here nor there and the feeling is liberating. Anything can be said in the car. “What is said in the car stays in the car!” It’s a safe and happy positive place to just hang out and be totally you with some good friends. Sure, life sucks and life can be so cruel and hard at times but that is half of the beauty. Without the downs how would you be able to tell the ups! The diversity and rage in emotion felt in each day are just spectacular! Even on a bad day its great to be alive.

having negative feeling sometimes is good. it gives a oppurtunity to the brain to reinforce and find all possible options. we should activate the sub-concious mind and be more analytical.
there is no best thing and wrost thing. the timing of the problem shall make us negative or positive. let not the problem eat you, you eat the problem. THAT IS THE BEST THING FOR EVERY BODY.

Listen to music with a positive message. I also read the Toa Te Ching to make me feel better.
