The same way you would comment a 20something woman or a 4o something woman.
Comment her eyes, clothing, shoes, hair, face....
Just don't say she is looking extra thin today, or young... that would probably not be good.

kills me the way people around here talk about someone in their 30's like they are old farts and are freaks if they look good. A woman doesn't even reach her sexual peak until her thirties. My first wife was still getting carded to buy wine when she was pushing forty.
Jeez. What's the average age of the posters around here? 16? Guess so. That would explain a lot, I guess
30 is not old, folks. My second wife was 34 when I married her and looked better than 90 percent of the 20 year-olds I've seen.
To answer your question, tell her she looks sexy, for a far-out old fossil, anyway. Compliment her on her still having all her teeth and not needing a walker to get around. Tell her she has good taste in support hose.
Whatever. jeez.
Seriously, just tell her you find her attractive. Better yet, just make it obvious with your eyes.

Be blunt and tell her she looks sexy . That is like the mid life crisis age and to actually hear you look sexy or hot and not beautiful or gorgeous will make her fill young and revived again .

Don't try to be slick or jerky with a lame line, just tell her the truth. For example, tell her that you find her extremely attractive and that you had to tell her and be honest. Just be honest!
