its he's real nose.but there is no more bone or tissue left in it.because he had his nose done so many times.

Michael is no longer the king of pop and as far as his nose, nope, it looks pretty bad to me so it most likely isn't prostethic.

He's had so many nose jobs, that the bones and tissue have weakened and made it appear to look concaved...I don't know if there is such a thing as adding bone and tissue to such a sensitive area...and it would be kinda hard to match the color at this point, wouldn't it?
