like how the fashion designers are adopting the trends of vintage fashion in there current fashion trends?

Fashion usually adopts and re-adopts old styles all of the time. Dress lines that were popular 300 years ago can sometimes be seen on runways.

Bell bottoms have come back a few times now, and skirt and dress lengths constantly change to old styles etc.
