So I have two blown parking light fuses in my 1989 camry, and I went to sylvania.com and they listed Parking Light and Front sidemarker. I don't know whether i should buy a parking light bulb or a front side market fuse, because I searched for both, and they look very identical, except one is numbered 168, and the other is 194. Which one should I get?

easy way is just to pop a bulb out and head down to the auto parts store, they will carry it. or just get there and have them look it up in the computer, they will tell you which number you need. normally the difference is color, size or multi colored

Check out the return. Most cars use the bodywork for the return from the lamp clusters to the battery. If the connection between the lamp cluster and the bodywork is corroded, the lamps will be dim or you may find the wrong ones come on.
