U quack me up. But there is no good answer to that riddle. Hindus believe, for example, that to pay your dues in this life guarantees a better life in the next. Talk about exponential wishful thinking.

Edit to add : I know you phrased your question correctly, it's just that I didn't have to think deep before I answered it. (most of the time I like to have to think about an answer, got to keep my gray cells working, or they'll grow old at the same rate I do)

Well the obvious rich and happy but just because your rich does not mean your happy and if i was poor it would not necessarily mean i would be miserable!

Shouldnt it be rich and miserable, or poor and happy?... You put the 2 goods together... Everyone will pick that, although I dont want to be rich...
