When my brother and I were younger he had the same predicament...eventually he couldn't hold it any longer, peed in his ski suit and then proceeded to ski down the mountain, leaving a dark yellow streak all the way down...
Anyways, if you have to go unstrap your skis, squat behind a tree and go...no big deal.

lmao :P even though i am a boy that has happened to me before..um...well even though youre a girl and might not want advice from a guy i walk a little bit ( not way far out) just a little bit out of bounds of the ski slopes ( if your by the boundries) and you know...just walk a couple feet out there out of sight from anybody...

If it's just to pee...why not consider wearing a depends undergarment? I know it sounds strange but I'd bet there are those who do.
