Bella, Sophia is too common. I like Bella better, for some reason I think of "sofa" from Sophia.

No Sophia is not to common but Bella is!
My cats name is Lunabella, my neighbors Beagle is Bella, now there is a golden retriever down the street names Bella Rose. I was out to brunch and a couple was sitting w thier new baby and someone asked the baby's name and they said Bella - the person who asked said "that a nice name" and my whole table said at once under thier breathe "for a dog".
