If price is no problem then:
fondation: bare escentuals
mascara: definicil by lancome
eyeliner: MAC fluid liner
eyelash curlers: Revlon does it for me

I like M.A.C cosmetics and Clinque...If you want a less expensive alternative you can find at a grocery store or Walgreens I'd go with Neutrogena cosemetics- I also like Neutrogena's face washes and moisturizers.
As far as tools like eyelash curlers- buy whatever's on sale! If you're going to buy brushes though- don't skimp- buy the good ones they'll last much longer and won't fall apart if you need to wash the bristles.

I mainly use clinique for everything, though I recently got bare escentuals. One of those two for foundation. For mascara, I lovvvve the lash exact cover girl mascara. it's wonderful. I don't use eyeliner, and for the eyelash curler... I use a revlon one, it works fine.
