Is there a difference?

"I've got two of those" is really a contraction of "I have got two of those." The only difference once that contraction is removed is the presence or lack therof of the word "got."

Bottom line, both are correct today. The word "got" is perhaps more coloquial, but its usage can be easily understood by anyone, and both "have" and "have got" are correct when dealing with possessions, conditions, etc. The only time "got" is not correct is when dealing with actions. That should be common sense anyway, however. You would never say "I was having got a nap...."

You can look at the BBC World Service page I listed as a source for a more detailed description and some more examples.

If a teacher gives say ten math questions to her class in a quiz, and asks at the end of the time permitted:'How many did you solve right?", possibly the answer 'I've got two of those' would be better than "I've (or I have) two of those".
Hence I think the correct usage would depend on the situation.
I've is the abbreviated form of I have.

Either way is acceptable. Unless you are writing a letter to a lexicographer in which case you should say, " Two of those are mine."

There is a difference. "among many,I've got two of those" denotes plural.
"Of that,I have two of those".

The difference is of singular and plural.

Don't use the word "GOT" it's a weak word!! Shows low vocabulary!
