I meant to say Im his mother and his BF is facing 14 counts of "LIFE"" for raping his other son, and hes my "X".

If you want your son's last name changed back to yours then you'll need an attorney and have to go to court and your probably talking about $500. or so depending on where you live, but what do you mean signed his rights over to Mother? If you mean you then you might get it done for nothing. If you mean his Mother, I don't think that's legal, you might want to check that out further.
