I don't know why people think judges should be respected any more than a regular lawyer, they are all part of the same system of shysters who get paid regardless of how incompetently they handle the cases they represent. He should of had both bodies exumed and brought back from the 3rd world to the US where you can't buy a coroner's report for a $500 bill and a case of cheap rum. Then if her wishes were to be buried in the Bahamas, send the remains back.

I am suprized how many dudes have said they are the daddy. Nicole was a human blow-up-doll. Who would admit to F'ing that if there wasn't money involved. Stern is the legal father. He gets the dead mother. Shouldn't take this long to decide. As for the Judge, what can I say? He lives in Florida!

what an ugly mess this woman left behind.....but I think she should be buried by her son....and as for her mom...I don't think the woman liked her mother....she hadn't seen or talked to her family in ten years....the mother blames the sleazy lawyer for it..but think about it..ten years..and she couldn't find a moment to pick up a phone?....I don't think so.....
The judge might have been choked up with having to deal with all those vultures in his courtroom fighting over a dead body........that could shake anyone up....ugly, gross ,and disgusting sometimes effects people.........
I just feel sorry for the baby girl...I only hope whoever ends up being the biological father gets custody of her..she will have a better chance of being liked for herself than what $$$$ may come....

If I were him I would be more respectful of my responsibilities as a judge, and less interested in becoming a celebrity.
It's time for all American males to start watching John Wayne movies again.
And less Barney for the little kids; more White Fang.

hey he was just crying cause he was worreid about the baby. you know a new baby, and the mother just died. I think it just shows the judge has a heart. why are men prosecuted for displaying emotions?
