Why should it upset you? It isn't something they can control. It's like acne that never leaves. Actually they can be cute sometimes. When there are too many, then it's a bit distracting. I would have some removed if I began to get them in abundance. I have one on the right side of my neck.

Tho, if they were people I knew (even slightly), I would advise them to go see a doctor if those moles grow and/or change in shape or color)

No. My brother has them all over and it's fine. What really upsets me is when they have extra noses all over them.

I have always had some. My whole life. Not on my face but on my chest. They are not attractive on anyone. I have seen some porn where women have it in the wrong place that bothers me.

if it's one of them great big ones with the three hairs growing out of it that have to be trimmed with a chain saw it bothers me real bad
