Somedays I feel really unattractive, unintelligent, boring, dull...etc. I feel like I have nothing to say. I worry about people asking me questions because I feel that I will say something stupid. I'm in college now. I thought by now I wouldn't have these problems, but they still remain buried inside of me. I see a psychologist, doesn't really help. I feel like a loner, but I am always socializing. I don't easily trust people. I feel akward and strange at times. Where do I belong? Sometimes I think I will settle for anyone who I feel comfortable around because so many times I feel so uncomfortable around someone I truly like. I'm weird, different, stupid. That's how I see myself. Sometimes when guys look at me, I feel that they find something repulsive about me. What to do?

You know what.....There are so many people that feel the same way. You are not the only one feeling like you don't belong. It's just a part of life where you learn to adjust and feel comfortable with who you'r with. What do you do? Well first of all maybe you don't feel comfortable with yourself. that is why you don't feel comfortable with others. Take your time and see what it is that you don't like but don't change who you are. Maybe you should change the way you dress or other minor things that will help make you you. Once you start loving yourself you will feel loved. It's all a matter of self perspective. Once you are comfortable you won't feel repulsive near boys. Everyone's different and someone may love you just the way you are. If you want to see a change in people then you've got to help. Don't be so safe. Dare to be different and confident. Talk to people and approach people of different genres. Don't be scared because that is the only way to meet friends. Sooner or later someone will click and from then on you'll be happy. Just stay headstrong and remember that weather you know it or not a lot of people love you. Its time to start loving too. Be confident and just know that there's nothing wrong with you. good luck.

Welcome to the general population. You are already talking to a professional so I guess you could try focusing on others, volunteer at a nursing home (help with arts and crafts) or read to the blind. Go to an animal shelter and offer to help. Get the focus off of the things you think are your negatives by doing some overwhelming positive things.
