As long as it was innocent, I do not see a problem. If he does it again though I would think that he may be acting innapropriate.
If you did not mind, and did not ask him to stop, then he was not abusing or molesting you.

a minimum of two photos of toxoid are required to grant immunity. An unimmunized individual is given Anti Tetanus Serum for probability-free practices. An immunized individual needs a toxoid booster after 10 years even if it really is a minor harm and 5 years if there's a unclean, contaminated, lacerated wound. for sure, cleansing the wound, protecting with sterile dressing and giving an appropriate antibiotic is likewise mandatory. Tetanus spores would contaminate a wound, for this reason the favor for antitetanus toxoid or ATS. If ATS is given once, immunization with toxoid must be all started at modern-day because ATS would reason a extreme allergic reaction if repeated. Antibiotics will smash the organism, yet no longer any toxin it really is already modern-day. i wish this satisfactorily answered your question.

"he was not abusing me or anything"
you're joking right? he touched you, in a spot that had nothing to do with treating you. if he wanted to distract you from the shots, he could have tried so many other things. talking to you, singing to you, anything would have been better then what he did. and no doctor i know worries about a adult getting shots to the point that they will stick around to distract you for the nurse to give you the shots. my daughter just got shots and the doctor didn't stick about to distract her, so if a Dr. wont do it for a 1 year old, why would they for a adult, unless they are getting something out of it.
HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE!
REPORT HIM!

it sounds like he was abusing you....i never heard of such a thing....one thing has nothing to do without the other so therefore its very inappropiate...if he wanted to distract you there are many other ways and if you like the tickling part of it request he tickle your feet next time!! if you dont feel he was not abusing you and you dont feel it necessary to report him then my advice would be to get another doctor before you are in a situation were you are uncomfortable again

I sure as heck hope this isn't a joke like two stupid people on here think it is. So if this really did happen REPORT THE STUPID DOCTOR FOR MOLESTING YOU! What this doctor did is not only unprofessional but disgusting as well since he is what he is and he did what he did. Now if this is a joke then it would definitely be a cruel thing to say something like this and to upset people on here.

oh hun. i am sorry to hear that. I would report him right away. i am shocked the nurse did not say a thing. My doc has to sit next to me when i get a shot because i have been known to have pass out. He was in the wrong and i bet you everything he knew it was wrong. Imagine if you did not tell on him and he did that to another lady.

That was one sick doctor. He did a very inappropiate thing to you.I would have jumped up and left the room very fast and immediately called the police.
I would report him to the AMA as soon as possible.
He should have his medical license taken away.I would make damn sure he never got a chance to do it again to anyone. No telling what other awful sick things he does to other patients. Please do the right thing and report him asap.

Definitely not appropriate. If a doctor wanted to distract you, he would tell a joke or tell you to count or something, not molest you. I can't believe the nurse didn't say something. Please report him, it's not okay, and even though it doesn't sound like it's bothering you, it would be traumatic for a number of women, and he should be stopped.

This sounds completely unprofessional and unheard of. If this made you uncomfortable or if you think it would happen again to someone else, I would definently let someone know who works wherever your Doctor works. Because that could definently lead to him being sued.
